  1. My wedding ring...after calling off our wedding the first time around I was insistent upon this ring (different than the first and exactly what I wanted) if my husband was serious about marrying me. A year after our original wedding date we tied the knot and this ring is a reminder to me of what a dedicated man I have!

  2. My wedding ring. We live in Haiti and don't have a lot of sentimental stuff there period in the even that we need to leave quickly for any reason. As missionaries we don't have a lot of money and my husband is a guy that's not really into "stuff" so he hasn't ever bought me any other jewelry. My wedding ring is the only piece of jewelry from him. I've actually been looking at similar necklaces to put my daughters name on. She's our first and we're in the process of adopting her.

  6. my husband (who is not a shopper or usually a gift giver) picked out a cross necklace for me as a wedding gift, which i love.

  7. A necklace that belonged to my mother-in-law. Because she died when my husband was 16, and I never got to meet her. There are too few momentos of her life, and I like to imagine that I would have liked her and she would have liked me and we would have had a GOOD relationship. I don't wear it, but I keep it for our daughter, when she's old enough to understand its importance.

  8. I already follow:) My most sentimental piece is the anniversary band that my dad gave my mom. She died last year, and it just serves to connect me to her, and remind me of the amazing love they shared. I miss her dearly, but love having this special thing of hers.

  13. My wedding ring, it is a heart shaped diamond. I did not get an engagement ring because we could not afford it becasue we bought a house. After 15 years of marriage I had proved to be a good wife and worthy of a diamond. 44 years of marriage later, the ring is still dear to my heart

  14. The piece of jewelry that has the most sentimental value would be a ring that my 3 boys and my hubby gave to me on our first year together...I am there step mom and that got this they said to show me how much they care and love me...and they also said that they couldn't of picked out a better mom...

  53. Def. my wedding ring. I wore the orgininal one for ten years and then the diamond fell out of my solitare (prob. down the drain) and despite looking for a week, we never found it. My husband replaced the ring with a 3 stone that I wear now and it is my most important piece of jewelry!

  145. I have a small bag of odd and end jewelry that was my Grandmothers. She worked in a jewelry store her whole life and appreciated jewelry as a virtual expression of emotion from one to another. That bag reminds me of all the rainy afternoons me and my cousins would spend together at Grama's going through her jewelry boxs and how the simpilist things in life bring lasting joy. Wether a 10million dollar necklace or a dime store ring a little girl or a grown women can sit an appreciate, and dream and smile. I love jewlery and it is a constant reminder to be of how wonderful it is to be a woman. That each one of us is an orginial treasured jewel!
