We all want to eat better.  We all want to be in better shape.  We all put, "eat more healthy food" on our New Year's Resolutions List.  But, sometimes a complete overhaul on the diet feels just a bit overwhelming.  

Here are some ideas of what we can substitute in our diets - some simple switches - that can make a really big difference.
